I stumbled across this song recently from newcomer Phoebe Bridgers and instantly fell in love; “Chelsea” is an easy-on-the-ears tune with mature, intelligent lyrics and a remarkable rhythm.
As a whole the song is endowed with the ability to fill a vast, open space, both physically and mentally. Phoebe’s voice is sweet, clear, and just soars with emotion, which works wonderfully with the accompanying guitar and drum work.
