This pair of tunes pulled from Ireland’s Mano Le Tough’s new album “Changing Days” will definitely serve as the soundtrack to my Friday. The glitchy, warm ambiance of “A Thing From Above” effortlessly calls to mind the driving and rhythmic groove of Radiohead’s “Everything In It’s Right Place.” Meanwhile, “Please” is set upon a repetitive shuffle that builds for over three minutes before Mano introduces soulful vocals and a warm, twinkling fringe. I’m hooked.
