It’s hard to wrap my head around just how deserving of extra superlatives Kurt Vile is becoming as a songwriter and musician. We’ve been loving his lackadaisical guitar riffs and free floating melodies since before we were called Turntable Kitchen, but my appreciation for his talent just continues to grow everyday. This first single from his latest double LP is a dusty, grandly sprawling ballad of swirling psychedelic guitar riffs. It’s over 9 and a half minutes long and you’ll almost certainly get lost in this beast. Enjoy!

I think our readers know how much I love limited edition vinyl. This one is limited to 3,500 copies which, on the one hand, doesn’t seem all that limited at the moment.
