The Sudanese-raised and New York-based Sinkane (a.k.a. Ahmed Gallab) is definitely getting us pretty amped for his sophomore release Mean Love. Like the last taste he dished up, his latest single “How We Be” is both funky and soulful. Blinking keys, a funky rhythm and handclaps frame a toe-stepping, shoulder-swaying melody as Sinkane waxes about living the good life and growing older.
