Only a little over a month ago we recommended the single “Girlfriend” by Brooklyn-by-way-of-New Zealand indie folk band Streets of Laredo. If you liked that jam, you’ll almost certainly enjoy their latest track “Hey Rose” from their forthcoming EP Volume II. It’s a reedy, bouncing folk rocker with springy guitars, handclaps and locomotive percussion. It’s one of those catchy, fun tunes that can brighten your day with a single listen.
The new EP, Volume II, is out November 22nd.
