If you haven’t heard it yet, Gracie‘s Treehouse EP is easily one of the best EPs you overlooked in the past twelve months. It’s simply oozing with lovely, slow-burning grooves that grow with each listen. Yet, as awesome as it was, it’s apparently only a taste of Philadelphia songwriter Andrew Balasia’s potential. In fact, the scope of said potential has been made crystal clear on the two tracks featured on the “Habits” b/w “Creature Pleaser” single. I’ve been pimping the single’s a-side as often as I could for the past month, but the single’s recently released b-side is every bit as compelling. Take a listen and let me know what you think.
