Like being wrapped in a cool and slightly prickling wool blanket, Los Angeles-based Cold Showers record reverb-filled post-punk/garage-rock that envelops with a tunneling and somewhat distant warmth. If you’re looking for some good new music you can thank Mexican Summer – who might as well have wrapped a bow on this one when they left it in my inbox.
